This document explains the terms that govern access to and use of the course materials.
By purchasing and accessing the course, you agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Description of the Service
The Flamenco Bass Course is an online educational program that includes video lessons, downloadable PDF materials, and audio backing tracks designed to support your musical development.
This course is sold as a one-time purchase, and your payment grants you lifetime access, as long as the course is active and operated by the owner of this platform.
This course is independent and is not part of the Debajoeléctrico membership.
2. Account Access
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the course through a personal account.
Your account is for your personal use only.
It is not permitted to:

Share your login details with others.

Allow multiple people to use your account.

Resell, loan, or transfer your course access.
If we detect shared or improper account use, your access may be suspended or revoked without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials—including video lessons, PDFs, transcriptions, diagrams, audio files, backing tracks, and additional educational resources—are protected by copyright law.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Reproducing, distributing, or downloading video lessons outside the platform.

Uploading course materials to other platforms or websites.

Using course materials to teach others or for commercial purposes.

Publishing, selling, or redistributing any content.
PDFs and backing tracks may be downloaded for your personal study.
Videos must be viewed inside the course platform.
4. Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you decide that the course isn’t for you, you may request a refund by emailing lecciones@debajoelectrico.com within that period.
The refund is only applicable if the student has not consumed more than 25% of the total course content. If more than 25% has been accessed, it will be considered that a substantial part of the service has been used and the refund will not apply.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase, minus the non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment gateway (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after your request is confirmed.
5. Limitation of Liability
This course is designed with great care and offers unique, high-quality instruction.
However, individual results cannot be guaranteed, as progress depends on your personal practice and dedication.
We are not responsible for:

Technical issues related to your device, browser, or internet connection.

Loss of data or personal configuration problems.

How you interpret or apply the course content.
6. Service Availability
Lifetime access is provided for as long as the course remains available and maintained on this platform.
If the platform or course must be modified or discontinued, reasonable alternatives may be offered, but perpetual access outside the platform cannot be guaranteed.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless local law requires otherwise.
